The Klova Way
Doing the right thing, the right way, for those who matter most.
Our purpose is to honour those who have served by delivering exceptional community nursing that is safe, respectful, and person-centred to them and their dependents.
-
To provide person-centred community nursing that supports health, strengthens independence, reduces avoidable hospital admissions, and helps veterans remain safely and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible.
-
To foster a community in which veterans and their families are treated with dignity and respect, and receive high-quality nursing care that honours their service and supports their individual wellbeing.
The Klova Journey
When new health needs arise, understanding what support is available and how to access services can feel uncertain for both clients and their families. At Klova Care, we aim to make this process clear, supportive, and easy to navigate. To help guide you, we have developed the Klova Journey, a simple 7-step process that explains what to expect from your first contact with us through to assessment, care planning, and the ongoing delivery and review of your services.
How Klova Care supports clients
When assessing client needs, we ensure that clients:
receive a full and complete assessment when referred to our services
are provided with all information related to their care plan in a manner they can understand
have the autonomy to choose from flexible service delivery options related to the day and time of their care
have the right to request a change to their care plan depending on their individual needs
are advised they can have a support person, guardian or EPOA at any time during their care journey
are provided with details and information on how to provide feedback, or how to make a complaint if need be.
