Services are provided in line with the DVA Community Nursing Schedule of Fees. If your needs change, we will work with your doctor and DVA to ensure you continue to receive the appropriate level of support.

Community Nursing
We are proud to support veterans and their families through the DVA Community Nursing Program.
Klova Care champions quality care in the community, providing nursing and personal care support with our client’s needs and wants at the core of everything we do.
Our DVA-funded services may include:
Medication Support
Wound Care
Hygiene, Showering and Dressing
Palliative Care.
All care starts with a referral and a comprehensive nursing assessment so we can develop a personalised care plan that meets your needs.
Where assessed and approved, personal care can be provided
When community nursing needs are identified, Klova Care can also include personal care as part of your overall support plan.
Personal care requirements are determined through our comprehensive clinical assessment process. Where clinically necessary, services may be provided under DVA funding, subject to eligibility and approval, and must align with DVA Community Nursing Program guidelines.
This may include assistance with showering, dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and skin care when clinically indicated. All personal care is assessed by a Registered Nurse, documented in your care plan, and delivered in line with DVA clinical requirements.
