Our mission is centered on the quality support of individuals and their families who are in need of clinical and personal care.

    CLINICAL MANAGER

    Vanessa is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in acute nursing and three years in aged care. Passionate about health, wellbeing, and independence, she values building trusted relationships and supporting individuals to navigate complex health needs with confidence.

  • Lepeka

    COMPLIANCE AND TRAINNG

    Lepeka has extensive experience in aged care and community support, including roles as a personal care worker and regional coordinator for services supporting socially isolated older people. With over 15 years in learning and training across health and care sectors, she brings a strong focus on quality, compliance, and person-centred care.

  • Luana

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    With a background in nursing, operations, and change management, Luana brings strong clinical insight alongside proven capability in service coordination and resource management. Her experience across healthcare, hospitality, and community services supports efficient, compassionate delivery of community-based care.

  • Eileen

    RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT

    Eileen brings more than 20 years’ experience across community engagement, employment services, and human resources. She is driven by a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals through responsive services, strong leadership, and inclusive, community-focused practices.
